George Stephanopoulos Gets Called Out By Rand Paul And It’s Delicious

OPINION | This article contains political commentary which reflects the author's opinion.

Before the Biden inauguration, I didn’t think it would be possible for the media to disgust me more than they have over the past four years. We all know journalism has been dead for a while, but what I’ve observed in the past week is nothing short of communist propaganda.

I’m not sure what is worse, the communist-like behavior of the media or the audience of leftist media sponges that still believe their narratives and see nothing wrong with what George Stephanopoulos did right here. Watch this.

Today’s media propagandists have become experts in safe spaces as they serve their liberal audiences precisely what they want to hear.

Stephanopoulos is on the record here saying, “Sir, there are not — there are not two sides to this story.” Oh really? Got it. Thanks, George. So asking questions about both sides of the story makes a person a liar? Unity.

Rewind four years; then media narratives were a mirror to the current-day narrative. Another one-way spin, but still anti-Trump. Early 2017 was all about how “Trumpers” were racist deplorable dregs of society, who smelled like Wal-Mart shoppers and were stupid enough to vote for a “Russian asset” and “Putin puppet.” It was that bad – for nearly four years. Unity.

Now, early 2021 brings us the same media message. Those “Trumpers” are still the same racist deplorable dregs, but they’re now all liars too and “need deprogramming,” according to George’s pal Katie Couric. Unity.

Yep, according to the media, Trump supporters are all liars who cannot accept that Biden won the 2020 election fair and square. Unity.

Is there a pink hat for that message? I want to resist it.

Hey @GStephanopoulos, is it a fact that more Crossfire Hurricane documents have been declassified? What’s your story on that? (Unity.)

Nevermind, I’ll look for journalism where it still exists @CBS_Herridge. Thanks.
