Thursday morning, Senator Joe Manchin tweeted out against the radical left democrats in his party.
“Defund the police? Defund, my butt. I’m a proud West Virginia Democrat. We are the party of working men and women. We want to protect Americans’ jobs & healthcare. We do not have some crazy socialist agenda, and we do not believe in defunding the police,” Manchin said.
Along with the tweet, he attached an article to the Washington Examiner. In the article, Manchin vowed he would break the tie to nuke filibusters and pack the court. He also discussed the founding fathers’ vision and how that vision ought to be protected.
“I really think that when you break the filibuster, you break the Senate, and I’m not going to be part of breaking the Senate, I can tell you that,” he said. “The Senate is a pretty special place because the Founding Fathers intended it to be that way. But they also intended us to work in a bipartisan way and to where the minority always had input. You break the rules of the filibuster, the minority has nothing. There’s no purpose whatsoever. You’re no different than a glorified House,” Manchin told the Washington Examiner.
What’s so wrong with that? According to AOC, a lot. Apparently, she was left speechless. There is a whole lot of nothing usually coming out of her mouth anyway, so I suppose there wasn’t a significant change to what we should expect. In AOC’s clap-back tweet, she just posted a picture of her glaring at Senator Manchin.
Maybe AOC needs her own set of AOC emojis for these instances. I, for one, would be saved the headache of trying to understand her backward logic in these “clap-backs.”
Here are a few emoji ideas for AOC:
- Breadlines, where she is the baker in her signature red lipstick.
- A yelling emoji, for when any person disagrees with one of her idiotic plans.
- A beer ‘cheers’ emoji. (How fun for the 4th of July!)
- AOC on a throne– a perfect fit for her ego!
- A speech bubble emoji, for when she gets PO’ed about people calling her AOC instead of “Her Most Wonderful Highness, Congresswoman Alexandria Occasio Cortes.”
