BREAKING: Local Prosecutors Make Stunning Announcement That Kyle Rittenhouse Won’t Face Gun Charges In Illinois

The Western Journal reports Kyle Rittenhouse will not face charges in connection with the gun he used during protests in Kenosha.

“When you start manufacturing facts to support false accusations, you get into trouble under the law of defamation.”

“Kyle did not carry a gun across state lines. The gun belonged to his friend, a Wisconsin resident. The gun never left the State of Wisconsin. Truth always prevails,” Attorney Lin Wood said then.

Amidst a city of people who are looting, rioting, and setting buildings on fire, the democrats and the media were more worried about a young man using his Second Amendment rights to protect other people and property.

Rittenhouse was acting in pure self-defense with a gun that remained in the state for which it was registered, yet the public does everything they can to demonize him.

All the while, the rioters and looters roam freely… how cute.

One can only imagine if Rittenhouse’s assaulters had gotten a hold of that gun.

From The Western Journal:

The Smith & Wesson .223 caliber rifle Rittenhouse carried during a night of violent protests in the Wisconsin community “was purchased, stored and used in Wisconsin,” according to a statement from the office of Lake County State’s Attorney Mike Nerheim.

An investigation turned up no evidence that Rittenhouse “physically possessed” the gun in Illinois.

Rittenhouse remains in an Illinois facility while a legal argument continues over his extradition to Wisconsin to face the charges against him there.
