Candace Owens Confirms Rumors, Announces She Will Seek Public Office

The amazing and talented Candace Owens announced she will run for elected office!
You go girl! Do it!!!
I’m now honestly considering running for office. Never had any desire to previously, but something changed in me last night.
Had a conversation with my husband and I think it’s a plan.

She confirmed the Twitter tease on Facebook, saying, “Rumors are true. Any guess which Democrat I’m going to be running against and where?”
Conservative activist and commentator Candace Owens said Thursday she has decided to seek public office, though she’s mum on when she’ll be running and against who.
Owens, the former communications director at Turning Point USA, told Fox News that while she has been approached numerous times in the past to launch a political campaign, she made the decision on Wednesday evening after a conversation with her husband.
“We’ve come to a junction where it’s not enough just to comment on politics but to get involved in it,” Owens said.
It is unknown what office she is running for, but it appears she will be seeking statewide office either as a senator or governor. Her goal will be to take out a Democrat as she would not run against an incumbent Republican.
Owens proclaimed, “They’re all vulnerable. And right now is a perfect storm to see how people are leading.”
Owen’s, who’s always making waves, has been stirring things up on Twitter lately regarding the coronavirus. She’s questioning if all the panic is really warranted.
We’ve gone from 2 million, to 300,000 to 100,000 Americans will die, and from the hospitals are a war zone, to just NY hospitals are a war zone, to no hospitals are a war zone in 3 weeks.
All due to “social distancing” despite the millions of American who never partook in it.— Candace Owens (@RealCandaceO) April 1, 2020
Owens, like President Trump, isn’t afraid to say what she thinks. It’s refreshing.
If Owens were to run in New York, she would have great targets to take out. Of course, the governor there is Andrew Cuomo and the Senators are Kirsten Gillibrand and Chuck Schumer. Massachusetts would be delicious too with Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey.
I’d vote for her in a heartbeat. What about you? What Democrat would you like to see Owen’s take on?
