Biden Coughs Into His Hand on CNN, Instantly Gets Schooled By Jake Tapper [WATCH]

Joe Biden apparently does not know how to minimize the spread of germs while coughing. 

He has not yet mastered the art of coughing into his elbow. 

All my children have mastered this, even my three-year-old.  I guess you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

Maybe Joe’s cough should cause me to worry that he has COVID-19, but I’m not. 

He has been in seclusion, hiding, missing in action during this crisis.  There’s no way he could’ve caught it holed up in his house.

The coughing mishap isn’t Joe’s only recent brain fart. 

As usual, there’s plenty of material.  Biden keeps confusing the name of city where this virus originated.

The coronavirus started in Wuhan, China.
@JoeBiden has twice referred to “Luhan.”

He just doesn't know what's going on or what we’re fighting.

Even in his limited appearances, it has been painfully obvious that Biden is in no way capable of leading our country through a crisis should he become president. 

He has never been all that sharp, but his cognitive decline at this point is undeniable.

What are the odds the Democrats replace him with another nominee at some point before the election?  I’d say 50/50 at this point.
