Pelosi Depended On Bipartisan Vote To Justify Impeachment Inquiry — ZERO Republicans Voted In Favor And TWO Dems Broke Ranks

Karen Ashley

I’m excited to see how the Democrats will justify to their constituents how this impeachment inquiry garbage was supposed to be effective before the 2020 election.

I mean, it was effective – for the Republicans!  High-fives for everyone!! grabs Democrats hand and forces high-five anyways

First thing you should be aware of is that the House of Representatives put forth voting effort to construct a formal framework in which procedures for impeachment inquiries will be grounded.

“The vote was 232-196 and was the first time that the full House chamber took a vote related to the inquiry.”

Absolutely NO Republicans voted in favor of this resolution to validate the impeachment inquiry. INCLUDING TWO DEMOCRATS. If that isn’t the most glorious slap-in-the-face you’ve ever witnessed…

Pelosi depended on bipartisan support and it backfired beautifully.

“The resolution provides the procedural details for how the House will move its impeachment inquiry into its next phase as it investigates a whistleblower complaint alleging that the President attempted to pressure Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 presidential election by investigating the family of his potential political rival, former Vice President Joe Biden.

The speaker usually does not preside, but for this historic vote, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi did so Thursday morning. Pelosi also voted for the resolution, which is typically reserved only for drawing specific attention to an issue.”

Silly Democrats think they can huddle in seclusion and make a decision (about a ghost, I might add) for everyone… tisk tisk.

Then they parade around suggesting that they’re honoring the Constitution? Facepalm.

“The National Republican Congressional Committee’s press operation spent much of Wednesday warning that vulnerable Democrats are going to suffer whether they vote for the resolution or not, in either turning off the party’s base or independents opposed to impeaching Trump.”

The House Republicans continue to stand with Trump and the Democrats will inevitably run themselves into the ground with their impeachment inquiry Marco Polo

“Impeachment inquiry”…. That’s a weird way to spell “meddling.”
