Jordan Peterson Just Smashed The Patriarchy Right In This Feminist’s Face.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I enjoyed this.

I love his complete calmness when he’s confronted with these nonsensical talking points by feminists. He just mindspanks them.

Helen Lewis, the insufferable woman interviewing him for GQ in this excerpt clip, wrote a piece about her experience talking with Peterson shortly after it took place in the late fall of last year.

In her first paragraph, she talks about her initial hesitation of three seconds before deciding to do the interview. Her first thought was about what her Twitter mentions would look like, and her second was whether he’d “win.”

Fascinating, yes? That she treated her interview with Peterson as a competition, even before it ever began?

Here are a few excerpts of her behind-the-scenes write-up on her interview:

His bestselling book, 12 Rules For Life, is peppered with references to Jung, Dostoevsky and Nietzsche. It is also – how do I put this delicately – very, very weird. It mixes homespun life advice with denunciations of Soviet communism.

…He believes that there is no such thing as the patriarchy. But, at the same time, he’s not some standard issue boorish Alpha Male. (He cries more than I do, and dresses better, too.) Nor is he a lazy, unthinking bar-room sexist. (He doesn’t use crude or demeaning language.) As he sees it, his arguments about innate differences between men and women’s interests and aptitudes are supported by science.

…There was never going to be a moment when we settled our disagreements. Our worldviews are simply too different. Who won? I can’t say. I hope that, whichever of us the audience finds most persuasive, they will appreciate that GQ has given a platform to such a long, in-depth discussion.

I’ve yet to watch the full interview, but if the above clip is any indication, I’d say he probably won. Then again, I favor his viewpoint about the patriarchy anyway.

Check out Jordan Peterson and Joe Rogan breaking down Peterson’s interviews with not only Helen Lewis but also that horrific “So what you’re saying is…” lady – Cathy Newman. If you never saw the Cathy Newman interview, YOU HAVE TO, you guys. It’s incredible. But first, Joe Rogan and Dr. P:

It’s interesting that Dr. Peterson picked up on her “distaste” of him even before the interview started.

Anyway, don’t miss the Cathy Newman interview, y’all. It’s my all time favorite. Click here to check it out!
