CNN Reportedly Ditched Local Coverage Of The Border Crisis After It Revealed That Walls Work

Would you really be surprised?

KUSI, a local station in San Diego, has made an alarming accusation.

The station claims that CNN requested some of their coverage of the border, and they happily obliged. They got their reporter who has covered the border “dozens” of times, Dan Plante, to do the segment.

However, CNN backed out at the last minute.

KUSI thinks it knows why.

We believe CNN declined a report from KUSI because we informed them that most Border Patrol Agents we have spoken to told us the barrier does in fact work.

We have continuously been told by Border Patrol Agents that the barrier along the Southern border helps prevent illegal entries, drugs, and weapons from entering the United States, and the numbers prove it.

CNN found that information rather…inconvenient.

So here’s the basic timeline of events:

  • CNN requests local coverage of border wall
  • Local station agrees
  • Local station finds that Border Patrol agents are in favor of the wall, because it’s effective
  • CNN decides that’s inconvenient for their narrative and drops ’em like a bad habit

This is why it was so hilarious when Jim Acosta was all, “We’re real news, Mr. President.”

Yeah? REAL NEWS covers the REALITY of what’s happening. It doesn’t pick and choose a narrative and refuse to cover facts it doesn’t like.

#FakeNews.
