By now, you’ve heard about how Sacha Baron Cohen tricked Sarah Palin into giving him an interview for his new series “Who Is America?” He posed as a disabled veteran. You can catch up on that here.
Well, she’s not the only one who’s complaining. Roy Moore is threatening to sue Sacha Baron Cohen. He claims he was ALSO tricked into participating in the comedian’s games.
Roy Moore is threatening a lawsuit against Sacha Baron Cohen. The former Alabama Senate candidate admits that like Sarah Palin, he too was tricked by the comedian https://t.co/NBbKOpfwOo

According to Moore, he was invited in February of this year to receive an award in Washington, D.C. for his “strong support” of Israel and did not realize the series was intended to “embarrass, humiliate and mock not only Israel” but also figures like him, Palin, Dick Cheney and former GOP Rep. Joe Walsh, whose involvement in the show had not yet been officially confirmed. “I don’t need Sacha Cohen to tell me who America is,” he said of Baron Cohen, a Brit whose mother was born in Israel. Moore, who was accused of sexually assaulting minors during his Senate campaign, went on to say that he is involved in “several court cases presently to defend my honor and character against vicious false political attacks” and warned that if Showtime airs the footage he shot with Baron Cohen, he “may very well be involved in another.”
Just when I thought we wouldn’t see Roy Moore in the news ever again. Le sigh.
