Ninth Circuit Surprisingly Sides With Trump – All Clear To Send Asylum Seekers to Mexico

It’s not every day the Ninth Circuit Court agrees with Donald Trump.

In fact, it often seems their mission is to do everything in their power NOT to.

It seems that in this case, they just realized there’s really just no argument against it.

The Ninth Circuit Court has ruled that President Trump CAN send immigrants seeking asylum back to Mexico as their claim is processed.

This is a huge win for the administration, as many consider the current asylum-seeking system a way to game the system.

According to Daily Caller:

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that President Donald Trump has the authority to send asylum seekers to Mexico as they wait for the United States to adjudicate their claims, handing the president a big win on immigration policy.

The “Remain in Mexico” policy seeks to curb catch-and-release by denying fraudulent asylum seekers the incentive of being released into the interior of the U.S. while their cases proceed in immigration courts.

Exactly. If their request or asylum is deemed legitimate, they will be let in. LEGALLY.

The circuit court overruled an earlier decision by San Francisco Judge Richard Seeborg, who blocked Trump’s policy on the grounds that the administration was making the asylum process too difficult and could be putting migrants at further risk by demanding they stay in Mexico.

Which makes absolutely no sense. If Mexico is “risky” then shouldn’t we be closely monitoring who comes in from Mexico?

If we let EVERYONE in – doesn’t that just bring in the same problem?

And listen – I say this as someone who actually immigrated here FROM MEXICO. My family and I moved to the USA in 2002. I understand why people want to come to America. We certainly did…. and we did it the right way.

I have a feeling this isn’t the end of it.
