Trump’s Speech At Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration Should REALLY Worry Democrats

Democrats figure they have Hispanics in the bag forever.

They are very, very wrong.

Why? Because Dems just assume Hispanics are single-issue voters. The issue, of course, being turning the other cheek on illegal immigration.

They are SO wrong.

I’m Hispanic. I immigrated here LEGALLY, and let me tell you: Hispanics care about JOBS. Hispanics care about the economy, and starting small businesses. Many are devout Catholics- meaning they are VERY pro-life. Democrats are ignoring all of this.

And when you really stop to think – Hispanics who immigrated here legally, or were born citizens, worry about the SAFETY of their communities. Illegal immigration puts THEIR communities at risk more than ANY OTHER COMMUNITY.

Where do illegal immigrants with gang affiliations go to hide out? Well, HISPANIC NEIGHBORHOODS, of course.

So if YOU are a law-abiding Hispanic American citizen doing your best to provide for and keep your family safe – how do YOU feel about MS-13 taking over your neighborhood?

And how do YOU feel about the Democrats doing their best to SHIELD those MS13 members from law enforcement?

EEEEXACTLY.

So Democrats better be nervous. Because I believe that LEGAL Hispanic Americans – as in THE ONES THAT CAN VOTE – are #WALKINGAWAY.

And Trump is seizing on it.

He just hosted a Hispanic Heritage Month celebration… and he was ON FIRE:

“Hispanic Americans embody American values: devotion to faith and family, commitment to hard work, enterprise and community service, and a fierce patriotic pride,” he said. “Throughout all 50 states, Hispanic Americans enrich our nation in countless way, from small businesses to support our neighborhoods, and to innovations that improve our lives, and through military service that protects our people and our great American flag.”

YES.

Legal American Hispanics are among the hardest working people I know.

Beg to differ?

Go out on a 110-degree day… and let me know who the majority of the outdoor manual laborers are. Just saying. We believe in hard work. We believe in providing for our FAMILIES. It’s part of our culture.

He added, “We share our gratitude for all the ways Hispanic Americans make our country flourish and prosper. These are incredible people.”

The president also commended the Hispanic Americans serving in the public sector and in government, saying, “You inspire our entire nation. And I want to let you know that personally.”

He also took time to honor those Hispanic Americans who serve in the Armed Forces.

“We especially thank the quarter of a million Hispanic Americans who serve in our military and serve well,” he said, as well as the “1.5 million Hispanic veterans.”

Trump made sure to spend some time touting his economic plan, citing statistics that show that the Hispanic unemployment rate has reached an all-time low and that the community household median income has gained by 3.7% “for the first time ever in history.”

“These are very hard numbers to beat. I better win the Hispanics next time, right,” he joked.

RIGHT!

I don’t think it’ll happen in 2020…

But I don’t think it’s a far way off.

Hispanics are SICK of being used as pawns by Democrats who have NOTHING but keep them down.

Throughout the speech, which was marked by a playful back and forth between the president and the audience, Trump was occasionally interrupted by the crowd shouting, “Four more years” or “We love you, Mr. Trump!”

We’re going to see a major shift in Hispanic voting patterns within the next 10 years.

You mark my words.
