Judge Kavanaugh may not be everyone’s first choice for Supreme Court Justice nominee… but he is EXTREMELY qualified, and boasts a long and impressive career.

Of course, Trump could have nominated ANYONE… and the libs would have scoffed at how STEWWWPID and UNQUALIFIED they were.

Cue Joy Behar, who thinks Kavanaugh is basically just a TV personality in Judge’s clothing… or something.

First she SCREEEAMS about how there are NO CHECKS AND BALANCES OMG.

“We believe in balance of power and checks and balances. We haven’t got that in any of the three branches of government right now.”

Meghan McCain posited to Joy Behar — her frequent sparring partner — that Trump’s pick could’ve been worse.

“It is not Judge Jeanine Pirro,” McCain said. “Which I, at one point in time, thought was actually a possibility.”

Behar wasn’t buying it.

“He might just be a quieter version of Judge Jeanine,” she said.
