Ben Shapiro, Candace Ownes, Paul Joseph Watson, And Alex FREAKING Jones Are Fighting On Twitter Right Now.

Ok… so as you probably know, I LOVE Ben Shapiro.

I started listening to him early on in my Conservative journey… even before I actually considered myself a Conservative.  He played a huge role in getting me there.

Paul Joseph Watson? I love HIM too! He’s BRILLIANT and OH SO FUNNY!

My ONE issue with PJW? His partnership with Alex Jones. I think Alex Jones really harms Conservatives. More on that here. 

So aaanyway… now they’re fighting. AND I HATE IT.

It all started when Alex Jones announced Kanye West and Candace Owens would be on his show today:

I’ve been clear on my thoughts on Alex Jones. Kanye seems to be finding his way through conservative thought. So far, he’s been meeting and talking to a lot of REALLY BRILLIANT Conservatives. I don’t think Alex Jones is among them. Of course, he’s allowed to meet and talk with whomever he wants…

Again… I don’t disagree with him. I think Kanye and Candace seemingly “aligning” themselves with Alex Jones kind of shoots a lot of the positive exposure they could bring to REAL Conservatives in the foot.

Bring exposure to the GOOD… not the bad and the ugly. This might conflate Alex Jones’ conspiracies with TRUE conservatism… and I think we should avoid that.
