This Is What Happens When You Defund The Police

Leftist are all for defunding the police…until they need them. Shivanthi Sathanandan, the second vice chairwoman of the Democratic Farmer Labor party in Minneapolis was a loud and proud supporter of the defund the police movement back in 2020. A Democrat in Minnesota wanting to defund the police, go figure.

Unfortunately, she was attacked in a car-jacking in her own driveway Tuesday evening. According to her Facebook post, it was 4 young men that attacked her. She stated, “I have a broken leg, deep lacerations on my head, bruising and cuts all over my body.” She wants them taken into custody and held accountable for her actions. Without the police she so badly wants to defund, who is going to do that?

I’m not saying that what happened to her is okay. In fact, it’s horrific. Her children were with her, and that was probably incredibly terrifying for them, and for her. I feel awful that she was so violently attacked. However, that isn’t going to stop me from calling out the complete hypocrisy. You can’t call for the defunding of the police and then turn around and call for accountability and prosecution. This is the same crap we’re seeing with all the Liberal sanctuary cities now saying they want illegals out of their cities. It’s total BS. If you want to go all in on these stupid Left Wing policies, don’t get mad when the consequences of your own actions come back to bite you.

    Remember when hijacking airplanes was popular? Why did it stop? No, it was not airport security. It was when they started killing hijackers. There are those among us that can only be controlled by fear.
