Because Rosie is ~deep~, she wrote a poem for the new year. You probably didn’t, because you aren’t as misunderstood and sophisticated as dearest Rosie.
This isn’t the poem. This is her assessment of this new year. Apparently, we’ll be fighting for our lives. Here’s what she retweeted:
I repeat once again:
2016 was pretty damn depressing.
2017 was disturbing and disgusting.
2018 will be a fight for our very lives.Bring in the New Year with positivity, warmth, laughter, safety, but prepare. We have a country to fight like hell for.
❤️👊

2016 was actually epic. America defeated a seabeast. I’m guessing 2017 was “disgusting” for Rosie because she was so distraught over Trump being POTUS, she didn’t shower for weeks at a time. *shudders* I’m not exactly sure how she’s going to “fight for her life” this year, but it’s not surprising that she thinks she has to. This comes from the same woman who once said, “I seriously worry whether I personally will be able to live through” Trump’s presidency.
DRAMA QUEEN.
Anyway, here’s her poem.
so
on we go
toward larger truths https://t.co/w46RY1Mbas
may 2018
calm us
as we gain strength
to stand tall united and strong
in the universal undeniable truth
love is all #LOVEisALL

Rosie– you’re one of the most bitter and hateful people on the internet. Before you write poems about love, practice it yourself.
