Trans Woman Melts Down After Getting Resistance For Using Women’s Restroom

First off (and this is somewhat tangential to my post), I have to start by asking why everyone feels the need to be on TikTok these days. Do we have to record every single, solitary freaking thing that we do in our daily lives now? Because it’s perplexing to me how people feel that everyone is dying to know what they ate for breakfast, what their nighttime skincare routine is, every internal dialogue they have with themselves in their car, and in the case I’m writing about in this post – every bathroom trip.
Our world. Sigh.
If you ARE choosing to do this, (and I’m talking to you now, biological male TikTokker who’s crying over using the women’s bathroom), you may want to find a more flattering angle. And don’t come at me for saying that, because YOU ARE THE ONE WHO PUT YOURSELF ON TIK TOK FOR OTHERS TO CRITIQUE YOU. Believe me, I get critiqued for my looks on the daily, simply because I have a podcast. It goes with the territory, and I only get on the Tok when I’m forced to. It’s a cruel, cruel world.
Two, if you’re going to identify as a woman, I don’t think this is a big ask – make an effort to actually look like one. At least Caitlin Jenner can pass. Blaire White? Total knockout. These are people who put in some genuine effort, and I’ll give them some props for at least having enough self-respect to want to truly IDENTIFY as a woman and not simply say, “I feeeeeeel like a woman, and consequently, I want to use your restrooms and I may even want to participate in your sports and all, but I’m still going to look exactly like I looked before. You know, because I’m actually a biological man. Thus the whole TRANS in front of the woman thing.”
If you’re going to walk into a women’s restroom under the guise of “I identify as a woman,” then perhaps you could ditch the 58-year old computer programmer named Carl from Wisconsin with a blatant 5 o’clock shadow who may or may not live in his Mom’s basement with a severe gaming and Cheetos issue look.
DO. BETTER. Again -I don’t think this is a big ask.
Until then? Stop expecting me to feel sorry for you when you don’t put in that sort of effort and then I freak out when I see what appears to be a biological man in my restroom. I’m going to be startled. I’m going to be irritated, especially if my 12-year old daughter is with me.
Do you even OWN a mirror?
We have a serious mental health issues in this country, and I’m beyond sick of people acting as if this is normal.
It’s not.

The reactions from the women in the restroom, reminds me of Bob Rivers’, “The Restroom Door Said Gentlemen”, a parody of “God Rest Ye, Merry Gentlemen”. Many years ago, singer and actress, Grace Jones, (known for her androgynous looks) was once mistaken for a man in a public women’s restroom by another woman who said, “What’s that man doing in here?”. Jones responded, “Have you ever seen a man that’s pregnant?”, her hands on her bulging middle. In this day and age, that remark would be considered “transphobic” since it’s argued that men can become pregnant and they should be permitted to use women’s facilities just because some of them think they’re one of us.
Follow the logic on this:
This Tiktoker walks into a male restroom and doesn’t feel comfortable around the 6 men who are in there.
But what if this Tiktoker goes to the ladies restroom because that’s where “she” would feel “comfortable”,
and those 6 same men were in there because on this day they felt like women too and just didnt “present” as women.
Would the Tiktoker be equally uncomfortable?
Do you even OWN a mirror?
For some reason I want to say they all spontaneously broke.
“Her” identifying as a woman is like me identifying as Tom Selleck when he starred on Magnum PI. It’s just an unreal fantasy and “she” needs to seek professional help (especially if “she” “transitioned” several years ago and still looks the way “she” does – like an old man with a receding hairline who forgot to shave).
And I second KurtUSA’s opinion concerning your looks (though those complaining about your looks are probably shallow people who hate your opinions but are unable to defeat them with words and instead use insults and think how brave and clever they are).

LOL I could not stop laughing after looking at its’ picture.
“I get critiqued for my looks on the daily, simply because I have a podcast.”
I am thinking the problem is not “simply because you “have a podcast”. I think the problem is you have a bunch of blind viewers, or they are of the type who think Cousin It in your article is cute and dateable. Just one man’s opinion. (Well, I am sure it is more men’s opinion then just mine.)
