Kellyanne Conway Speaks To The Media About Gen. Michael Flynn’s Resignation

President Trump’s National Security Adviser Michael Flynn offered his resignation Monday night. This came after piling reports that he mischaracterized the nature of his calls with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak and misled Vice President Mike Pence.

Here’s his resignation letter:

His resignation is probably for the best, but it’s raising a ton of questions. If the Justice Department told the Trump administration about this last month and warned that Flynn could be “vulnerable to blackmail,” why didn’t the White House act on it then?

Kellyanne Conway appeared on a number of political talk shows Tuesday morning and tried to answer everyone’s burning questions, but her explanations fell flat.

She spoke to Matt Lauer:

The White House definitely has a communications problem. They need a cohesive message, and it’s just not working right now. Something needs to change. This is the kind of disorganization the media lives for.

One thing’s for sure. I’d hate to be Kellyanne Conway today. What a job…
