Mariah Carey’s Two Word Response To Disastrous NYE Performance: ‘Sh*t Happens’

If you missed Mariah Carey’s disastrous NYE’s performance, you missed out on a real treat. So. Much. FAIL.

It couldn’t have happened to a better diva. (I haven’t been able to take her seriously since hearing that she’ll only drink tea made specifically with Poland Springs water. But if you think she’ll drink Poland Springs water plain, WRONG! Only Evian is acceptable, peasants.)

In case you haven’t heard, Mariah’s team blames her disastrous performance on greedy television executives who were hungry for ratings. But let’s be honest. It was Russia. OBVIOUSLY.

Mariah tried to play it cool and tweeted this out shortly after the performance:

Yeeeeeaaaah. I don’t think anyone’s buying that. Especially now that her people are screaming, “sabotage!” Nice try Mariah, but you’re not owning this like a pro. I know you used an emoji and all, but it isn’t convincing.
