According to that sourcelink, authorities in Texas discovered a trailer along a Texas highway, jam-packed with illegal aliens. And when I say “jam-packed,” I mean 90. Ninety illegal aliens were all up in there, sneaking into our country.
State police stopped the truck near the border town of Raymondville at around 10 p.m., officials said.
Inside, police found a stash of 90 people, two of whom were rushed to a local hospital, according to Willacy County Emergency Management Coordinator Frank Torres said.
Eighty-six passengers were treated on scene, mostly for heat exhaustion and dehydration, Torres told reporters.
The driver and a passenger in the cab were questioned by police, he added. It was not immediately clear if there were arrests.
Well…did the driver know? I mean, how could you not? We’re talking 90 people.
Video of the scene shows local law enforcement investigating the truck parked along Highway 77, about 30 miles north of the border to Mexico.
