April 15, 2018Drain the Swamp. That’s been President Trump’s rallying cry, and you know what? I think he’s been doing a pretty darn good job. I’ve seen a lot of conservatives flip out over the revolving door at the White House and the number of Republican lawmakers retiring. Heck, sometimes, I found MYSELF worrying. (Meh– not worrying. It’s more of a concerned wonder.) But you know what? This is good. What did we THINK draining the swamp would look like? It’s not a clean process. It’s messy. It looks icky sometimes. I say, BRING IT. There’s a lot more draining that needs to be done.
For those who aren’t quite sure what we mean when we refer to “the swamp,” allow me to refer you to this short and sweet explanation:
