Who do you think of when you think of “Wonder Woman”? Who would be worthy of such a title? If you thought, “Hillary Clinton!” please stop everything you’re doing and call your doctor. Something is wrong with you.
Unfortunately, Hillary Clinton is the recipient of Women’s Media Center 2017 “Wonder Woman Award.” Gloria Steinem co-funded WMC, so this shouldn’t come as a shock.
Hillary will receive the award during some sort of gala in New York on October 26. She’ll join a number of other insufferable seabeasts, like race-baiting White House reporter April Ryan and actresses Jane Fonda and Ashley Judd. (Maybe Ashley can get some plastic surgery tips from Jane, because clearly, she needs it. Holy mother of puffy face.)
“Like Wonder Woman, she seems to have superhuman strength, resilience, and courage,” Steinem said, according to the Washington Examiner.
“Hillary Clinton’s actions have inspired and protected women and men on every continent,” she continued.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh wait. She’s serious?
“She has battled negative forces and helped to maintain a fragile peace with her negotiating skill on behalf of this country and peace-seekers everywhere. She has handled all this with grace, grit, determination, integrity, humor and fortitude while remaining a steadfast feminist, advocate, activist, sister and tireless leader in the revolution,” Steinem added. “With this award, the Women’s Media Center declares Hillary Clinton our Wonder Woman.”
I prefer my Wonder Woman to be able to climb stairs on her own, but that’s just me.
If anything, this sheds a light on the pathetic state of the feminist movement. Someone as corrupt and unlikable as Hillary is literally their hero. They look at her and feel inspired. Encouraged. Empowered.
I almost feel sorry for them.
Truthfully? It’s a wonder that Hillary wasn’t laughed off the stage during the presidential debates. It’s a wonder that feminists continue to support a woman who ruthlessly targeted her rapist husband’s accusers. It’s a wonder that they can get past her constant lies. It’s a wonder that anyone still takes her seriously.
Hillary is their hero. That’s truly a wonder.
