I have a few people colorblind people in my life, but I don’t think I really knew what they were going through until I saw this.

It goes to show that there’s SO many things in life to be grateful for that you never even think of. I don’t think I’ve ever stopped to think how wonderful it is I have the ability to see all colors. Every day is filled with small miracles. This Easter weekend (and every day, really) we should all take a moment to be thankful for what we have.

I was so fascinated by this that I dug a little deeper, and found a video that was released when the glasses were first developed.

The glasses are now commercially available through a company called Enchroma, which promises “Color for the Colorblind.” The shades start at about $350 for adults and $250 for kids. I of course know nothing about them, so I can in no way endorse the company, but man….this is awesome. People are truly capable of amazing things. I’m grateful for that, too.
